Welcome to Zora, a digital platform designed to support individuals in recovery by providing tools such as daily check-ins, goal tracking, scheduling, and an AI-powered coaching interface.
By creating an account or using the Zora mobile applications or web platform (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zora. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Zora is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The information and AI-generated responses within the platform are intended for informational and motivational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or mental health care.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Some features of Zora use automated systems to generate responses and coaching prompts. These responses may not always be accurate or appropriate and should not be relied upon for medical or professional advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you provide your phone number to Zora, you may receive SMS text messages from us related to account notifications, operational updates, or internal communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to support communications and platform functionality.
Additionally, Zora provides a platform that enables organizations, such as treatment centers, to send SMS messages to their own users. These organizations are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their recipients before sending messages.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time as we continue to improve the platform.
Your use of Zora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zora will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
Zora may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Pricing may change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
